1. This agreement binds you

These Terms of Use are a binding contract between you and SexKee. They cover the website, the apps, the screening, gifts, tokens, creator tools, and every related service.

If you create an account, buy a membership, send a gift, upload a video, or keep using SexKee, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use SexKee.

We may refuse service, close an account, or limit a feature at any time. The English text of these terms controls if a translation differs.

2. Adults only

SexKee is a strict adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that age is higher. If you are under that age, you are forbidden to enter, view, register, pay, or upload.

Sexual content is shown here. You confirm that adult sexual material is legal for you to view where you are, and that you will not allow any minor to see your screen, your account, or any file from SexKee.

We may demand proof of age and identity at any time, before or after you join. A pending check means you do not get full access. A refused or incomplete check means the account stays closed. Giving a false age, a borrowed identity, or a forged document is a breach and may be reported.

Strict identity verification. Every member and every creator is checked by a real person on our team, not by AI or an automatic system. We check your date of birth, both sides of a valid government ID, and a selfie of you holding that same ID next to your face, which we can require from anyone at any time. The face, the ID photo, the name, and the date of birth must match. An account of a person under 18 will never pass this check, and an account that does not pass stays closed.

After we approve your age check, we keep the photos of your ID and of your selfie with it for 2 weeks only, then we delete them. We keep the result of the check, your date of birth, and the date. We may ask you for a new verification at any time, for any reason; until you complete it, we may limit or pause your account.

Using someone else's ID, a borrowed, stolen, edited, or fake document, someone else's photo, or a selfie that is not you is strictly forbidden. We close the account at once, keep the evidence, and may report the attempt to the police and other competent authorities, with the documents and data we hold. Helping a minor to get in, or letting a minor use your account, is treated the same way.

3. Your account

One person, one account. You may not share, sell, or lend your login. You are responsible for every act under your password, including charges and gifts.

Use a nickname on the public side. Your legal name, email, and verification data are for SexKee, payment, and safety checks, not for display to other members unless you choose to show them.

Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized use. We may lock the account while we check. We do not have to restore an account that was used in breach of these terms.

4. Memberships

A membership is a prepaid right to the screening described on the plan you choose. It is not a library, not a download right, and not a promise of a particular film, creator, or schedule beyond what that plan states.

Prices, plan names, and what a plan includes can change. A change applies to the next billing period unless we are required to apply it sooner. Taxes may be added where the law requires.

Member plans are sold for one year at a time; creator flat-rate subscriptions for one month or one year at a time (or once, for the lifetime flat rate). A plan paid in cryptocurrency or given by an invitation does not renew by itself: it ends on its date unless you renew it. Where a plan renews by card, you can cancel in your account; cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the paid period ends.

LIFETIME FLAT RATE FOR CREATORS. A creator who buys the lifetime flat rate pays once and SexKee takes no fee on her sales for as long as SexKee operates this service and her account remains open and in good standing. It ends if her account is suspended or closed for breaking these terms. It is personal, cannot be transferred, and is not refundable. The offer can be bought only until the last day shown on the creator's Subscriptions & Plan page.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Every payment to SexKee is non-refundable and non-transferable: memberships (yearly or monthly), renewals, creator plans, tokens, gifts, gallery unlocks, Boutique purchases (see section 7), and any other purchase. This applies to partly used or unused periods, to days you did not watch, to a plan you no longer want, to a price or plan change, to a temporary outage, and to an account that we suspend, freeze, ban, or close under section 11 or 16. No refund, credit, exchange, or compensation is given, in money, tokens, or time.

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed. You are responsible for sending the exact amount, in the currency and on the network shown, to the address shown. A payment sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network, or for a wrong amount may be lost and is not refunded.

A chargeback, a payment dispute, or a payment reversal opened without first contacting Support is a serious breach. We may immediately suspend or ban the account, freeze any balance, dispute the chargeback, and recover our costs. Only a refund required by a law that cannot be waived by contract is excepted, and only to the extent that law requires.

5. Tokens, gifts, and our fee

If tokens are enabled, they are a limited, revocable credit inside SexKee. They are not money, not a deposit, not a stored-value account, and not transferable outside SexKee. They have no cash value except where we expressly offer a creator payout under these terms.

A gift is a voluntary payment from a subscriber to a creator through SexKee. It does not buy ownership of a film, a personal relationship, a meeting, or a custom act unless a separate written offer on SexKee says so.

SexKee keeps a fee on gifts. The current fee is 10% unless a different rate is shown before you send or receive the gift. The creator’s share is the remainder, credited as tokens or as a payout balance, not as cash in hand, until a payout is actually sent.

We may reverse a gift that is fraudulent, charged back, tied to a banned account, or tied to prohibited content. Creators are not paid on reversed gifts. Unused subscriber tokens may be voided if the account is closed for a breach.

6. Creators

A creator account is a separate role. Approval is manual and may be refused for any lawful reason. Approval of one video is not approval of the next, and not approval of you as a person we must keep publishing.

You promise that you are an adult, that every person shown is an adult, that you hold written consent and proof of age for every person in the content, and that you have the right to submit it.

You set gallery prices only where that tool is enabled. Fans unlock paid gallery items only under the rules shown in the product. You may not charge, or ask to be paid, outside SexKee for anything offered on SexKee.

Payouts, when enabled, follow the method you save and the thresholds we state, including any minimum for a bank transfer and any card limit. Bank fees, failed details, sanctions screening, or a hold for a complaint can delay or cancel a payout. We may withhold amounts we reasonably believe are tied to fraud, a chargeback, a minor, or a missing consent record.

You may restrict a country or city, and you may block a person by name and email, where those tools are on. We apply those limits in good faith. We do not guarantee that a technical bypass is impossible.

7. Creator Boutique

Where SexKee switches it on, an approved creator may sell, through the Boutique, at most three pieces of clothing at a time that she has personally worn. Only underwear, bras, bikinis and lingerie are allowed. New or unworn items, and every other kind of item, are forbidden.

Each listing must show a true photo of the actual piece and an honest description. SexKee reviews every listing by hand before any member can see it, and may refuse or remove any listing at any time, at its sole discretion and without giving a reason. Any change to a listing other than its price is reviewed again. Contact details, links, and other sites are not allowed in a listing.

The lowest price is $500 per piece, paid by the member in tokens. SexKee keeps 20% of every Boutique sale; the creator’s 80% is credited under these terms. Each piece is one of a kind: once bought, it leaves the Boutique.

The creator sends each sold piece only to the SexKee address shown in her dashboard, marked with the order reference, promptly after the sale. SexKee inspects it, repacks it, and ships it to the member in plain packaging. The creator never receives the member’s name, address, or phone number, and the member never receives the creator’s address. The creator must not put any name, contact detail, note, or other personal information in the parcel.

If a piece received by SexKee does not match its picture and description in the Boutique, is new or unworn, is not an allowed kind of item, or is damaged, unhygienic, or unsafe, SexKee destroys it. It is not shipped back or returned to anyone, the creator is not paid for that sale, and the member’s order shows “not available anymore”. In that case only, the member’s tokens for that order are given back automatically. A creator who sends a piece that does not match may lose access to the Boutique or have her account closed.

Every Boutique sale is final. Apart from a piece SexKee destroys as described above, there are no returns, no exchanges, no cancellations, and no refunds for any reason, including a change of mind, size, or fit, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs rules, import taxes, and any restriction in the member’s country are the member’s responsibility, and SexKee may refuse to ship to a place where a piece cannot lawfully be sent. Pieces are sold for the member’s personal use; they may not be resold or shown publicly as coming from the creator.

SexKee may turn the Boutique on or off at any time for the whole service, for any account, or for any country, state, or city.

8. What you may not upload or do

The following are forbidden. We remove them and we may close every related account, keep the records, and report them to the police or a hotline.

Any sexual, suggestive, or nude content of a person under 18, or of a person who looks under 18, including drawings, animation, and role-play. Zero tolerance.

Content of a person who did not consent, including hidden-camera, revenge, or leaked material, and any real person’s face or voice placed into sexual content without that person’s written consent.

Trafficking, coercion, blackmail, intoxication that prevents consent, incest, sexual violence, or any act that is illegal where it was recorded or where it is viewed.

Content that reveals a private address, a government identity number, or a payment number in order to harm someone.

Spam, scraping, bots, resale of accounts, circumvention of a block or a geo-restriction, and any attempt to copy, download, record, or restream a film or a gallery item.

9. The license you give SexKee

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give SexKee a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transcode, display, stream, thumbnail, and moderate that content for as long as it remains on the service and for a reasonable backup period after removal.

You give us the right to refuse, edit the presentation of, or remove any content. Removal does not cancel a fee already earned on a lawful gift, and it does not oblige us to keep distributing the work.

Fans receive only a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to view what their plan or gift unlocks, on SexKee, for themselves. They receive no right to download, copy, sell, or perform it.

10. Moderation

We do not promise to review every file before it is seen. We may use staff, automated tools, and reports. We may remove content, mute a feature, or end an account with or without notice.

A decision about a video, a verification, a gift, or a ban is final on the service, except where the law gives you a specific appeal. Sending a report does not oblige us to act, or to explain the outcome.

11. Our right to act on any account

To protect SexKee, its members, its creators, and its team, SexKee may, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice and without having to give a reason, take any of these actions against any account: a subscriber, a creator, a studio, or any other user. We may warn; restrict a feature; suspend; freeze; cancel or revoke a membership, an invitation, a plan, tokens, or a gift; remove content; block or ban the person, the account, the email, the device, the payment method, or the address; and permanently delete the account.

We may act when we suspect, even without final proof: fraud or an attempt at fraud; a stolen, borrowed, or fake identity or payment; a false or forged document; a refused or failed identity check, including a selfie holding the ID that we ask for; a chargeback or payment dispute; money laundering; a minor or a missing consent; sharing, selling, recording, copying, or leaking content; harassment, threats, insults, or pressure toward a creator, a member, or our team; spam, bots, scraping, or an attack on the website; creating a new account to escape a block or a ban; or any other breach of these terms.

This also applies to conduct outside SexKee. Behaviour on another website, on social media, in the press, in messages, or anywhere else that harms or could harm SexKee, its reputation, its brand, its creators, its members, or its team — including false statements, defamation, threats, public disclosure of private information, or encouraging others to do any of this — is a breach of these terms, even if it happened off the service.

Freezing funds: while we check an account, we may hold any balance, tokens, gift earnings, and payouts, without a time limit set by these terms. Amounts tied to fraud, a chargeback, a breach, or a loss to SexKee are forfeited and may be used to cover chargebacks, fees, fines, and our losses. A creator who is banned for a breach loses any unpaid balance tied to that breach.

A ban is personal and permanent unless we decide otherwise in writing. A banned person may not open, use, or control another account, directly or through someone else; any such account may be closed at once, with the same consequences.

No refund, compensation, or damages are owed for any of these actions, including the remaining time of a membership or a plan, tokens, gifts, or lost earnings. Our decision is final on the service, except where a law that cannot be waived gives you a specific right of appeal. We may keep the records we need to enforce a ban, to defend a claim, and to meet the law.

12. Copyright

If you believe material on SexKee infringes your copyright, write to Support with your name, a description of the work, the location of the material, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or the owner’s agent.

We may remove the material and may close the account of a repeat infringer. A false notice may itself be a breach.

13. Studios

A question about joining a SexKee studio is an inquiry, not a job offer, not a booking, and not a promise of pay. Answering yes means we may contact you. It does not oblige you or us to shoot, stream, or sign anything further.

14. Disclaimers and liability

SexKee is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted streaming, a particular creator, a particular film, or that a gift will be welcomed or answered.

To the fullest extent the law allows, SexKee and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost content, or lost tokens. Our total liability for a claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.

Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places the limit applies only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law forbids that limit.

15. You cover our loss

You will indemnify SexKee against claims, damages, fines, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your breach of these terms, your violation of a law, or a claim that a person in your content did not consent or was under 18.

16. Ending the service

You may close your account in your profile, where that control is offered. Closing your own account does not give a refund. We may suspend, freeze, ban, or delete an account at once under section 11.

On closure we may delete content and credits. We may keep verification records, payment records, and safety logs for as long as the Privacy Policy and the law require.

17. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction in any court for misuse of content or for a suspected minor. If a consumer law in your country gives you a non-waivable right to sue at home, that right remains.

You and SexKee waive a jury trial and waive a class action to the extent the law allows. A claim must be brought within one year after it arose, unless a shorter or longer period is mandatory.

18. Changes and contact

We may change these terms by posting the new text on this page. If you keep using SexKee after the change, you accept the new text. If you do not accept it, stop using SexKee and cancel.

Questions about these terms go through Support in your account. Do not send identity documents in an open email.
